SIA "ZTBirojs" provides written translation services to physical and legal persons. This service includes translation of a printed text or a text in clear handwriting into the necessary language /-es, correction of translation by taking into account specifics of the field and preparation in the format convenient for the customer.
SIA "ZTBirojs" provides translations in several European languages: English, Russian, German, Estonian, Lithuanian, Polish and Danish languages. Within a limited scope we also translate into French.
Before translation of the texts they are classified according to the degree of complexity:
1. Simple texts – personal and business letters, texts of home pages, company foundation documents, texts of general content, etc. documentation if there are no specific terms of the field.
2. Texts of medium complexity – business plans, investment projects, instructions, popular science descriptions, literary and economical texts, contracts, etc. documents, including the texts of the first degree if they contain particular special terms or terms related to the field. The texts submitted for translation in handwriting and other programs (except Word) shall belong to this degree.
3. Complicated texts – laws, regulations, legal texts, technical texts, medical, biological texts, etc. texts of complicated sciences, including the texts belonging to the second degree if they comprise a lot of special terms.
In order to work out qualitative translations, a day limit is set for translators for each degree of complexity. It is allowed to translate 6 – 8 A4 pages of a simple text per day (1800 characters per each), 4 – 6 pages of the text of medium complexity and 4 A4 pages of a complicated text. In case of particular urgency and working overtime it is possible to increase these volumes per day.
We are able to prepare the translations in .doc, .xls, .txt or .ppt formats.
We offer the following submission types of the translated text are offered:
1) sending of the translation to an e-mail (a free service);
2) handing over of a translation in printed format on A4 sheets (to 15 sheets – without an additional payment);
3) recording of the translation into a CD (for an additional payment);
4) binding of the translation:
a) in soft cover (for an additional payment);
b) in hard cover (for an additional payment).
The material to be translated is accepted from the customers and delivered back to them without an additional fee within the territory of Riga if its volume exceeds 35 pages.
